  • Conduct a review and planning session with the customer to go over requirements, assumptions, and implementation schedule
  • Prepare a roadmap formalizing the tasks, timeline, and other knowledge gained through the planning session
  • Create required accounts and configuration on CSP side (Azure, Office 365, etc.) as well as required cloud entities for networking
  • Complete all cloud and IBX-side configuration that can be done pre-connection, such as PCX provisioning, Azure-side “Powershell” circuit and peering, and more
  • Working session to configure connectivity including VLAN, PCX configuration, BGP, QOS, and NAT
  • Assist customers in validating application functionality (Teams, Dynamics, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Pre-scheduled “Go-live” support for post-setup-launch scenarios
